Dr. P. Jayanthi, RN, RM, M.Sc. (N), Ph.D. (N) is a distinguished nursing academician, researcher, and administrator with more than 22 years of experience in nursing education, research, clinical supervision, and academic leadership. She is currently serving as Professor cum Principal at the College of Nursing, Hindustan Institute of Technology & Science, Chennai, and also serves as the Head of the Department, School of Health Sciences.

Dr. Jayanthi obtained her Ph.D. in Nursing from SRM University and specialized in Psychiatric Nursing through her M.Sc. (N). Her academic and research interests include mental health nursing, adolescent mental health, nursing education, community health, and evidence-based nursing practice.

Throughout her career, she has held several key academic positions in reputed nursing institutions and has guided numerous undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral research projects. She has authored and co-authored more than 60 research publications in national and international journals, including several indexed journals.

An active contributor to the nursing profession, Dr. Jayanthi has organized and delivered lectures at numerous national and international conferences, workshops, and faculty development programs. She serves as reviewer and editorial board member for several scholarly journals and has received multiple awards for excellence in nursing research, academic leadership, and peer review.

Dr. Jayanthi is committed to advancing nursing education, fostering research excellence, and promoting quality healthcare through innovation, leadership, and mentorship.

Awarded ‘International Fellowship’ on Leadership and Management in Health Service Management, by Australasian College of Health Service Management, Australia.(2024). World Health Organization (WHO) fellowships in ‘Hospital Administration’ and ‘Management of Malaria Field Operations” Healthcare Quality Certifications in Public Health domain. (2001-2009). His professional achievements include many awards like  ‘Jewel of India’, ‘Pride of India’, ‘Healthcare Excellence’, ‘Best Teacher Award’ , and ‘Research Excellence Award’ etc. He is having a vast 32 years of teaching, training, research, and administrative experience in Community Medicine/Public Health.

Dr. J. K. Chaudhary graduated in Veterinary sciences with his Masters (2012) and Ph.D. (2015) in Biostatistics from the Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI) in Uttar Pradesh, India. Dr. Chaudhary qualified ICAR-Junior Research Fellowship for Post-Graduate degree and DBT- INSPIRE Fellowship for Ph.D. degree. He started his career as Assistant Professor in College of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry at Central Agricultural University in Mizoram, India in 2015 and presently working as Associate Professor in DUVASU, Mathura U.P. India. He managed two extramural research projects and two intramural research projects to date. Dr. Chaudhary guided four Masters of Veterinary Science scholars as a primary advisor and worked as the co-advisor of twenty-five Masters scholars. He has published 80 research articles, 03 books and 23 book chapters. He works in the fields of machine learning, data mining, forecasting, statistical modeling, and economic loss estimation due to livestock diseases. As an expert in these topics, he regularly delivers lectures to the scientists, faculty, and students in the field of statistical methods and applications.
