Dr. Mamta Sharma is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at Punjabi University with over 18 years of university-level teaching experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology (Behavioral Medicine: Music Therapy & Biofeedback), along with M.Phil., M.A. in Psychology, M.Ed., and B.Ed. qualifications.
Her academic and research expertise spans Behavioral Medicine, Music Therapy, Biofeedback, Developmental, Physiological, Environmental, Social, and Clinical Psychology, as well as Guidance and Counseling. She has guided Ph.D. and M.Phil. scholars and served as a course writer for Psychology programs of Indira Gandhi National Open University.
Dr. Sharma has an extensive publication record, including numerous research articles, book chapters, and the book Stress to Resilience: A Passage through Music. Her research primarily focuses on music therapy, academic stress, resilience, mental health, psychological well-being, and behavioral interventions.
She has presented papers at several national and international conferences and has received multiple Best Paper Awards for her contributions to psychology and music therapy research. She has also served as an International Judge for scientific conferences organized by Texila American University and has delivered invited lectures on personality development, stress management, counseling, and mental health.
In addition to her academic responsibilities, Dr. Sharma has extensive counseling and administrative experience, conducting workshops and providing psychological counseling for students, teachers, police personnel, and university employees.

Dr. Payal Kanwar Chandel is a distinguished academician and researcher in Psychology with a Ph.D. from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur, on “Leadership Orientations, Activities and Behaviours with Reference to Emotional Intelligence.” She also holds M.A. degrees in Psychology and Philosophy, an LL.B., and has qualified SLET. She is currently associated with Amity University Rajasthan and has previously served at Gopikrishna Piramal College of Teacher Education and Shri Bhawani Niketan Mahila Mahavidyalaya.
Dr. Chandel has authored the book “Emotional Intelligence at Work” and has published and presented numerous research papers in the areas of emotional intelligence, leadership, marital relationships, social media, happiness, education, and psychology at national and international forums.
She has served as an Editorial Board Member of the Social Sciences International Research Journal and worked as an Adjunct Faculty and Evaluator for Psychology programs at Texila American University. She has also been actively involved in academic administration, curriculum development, workshops, and student mentoring.
A recipient of several accolades, including the Best Researcher Award from the International Multidisciplinary Research Foundation and the Best Paper Presentation Award at the IMRF World Research Congress, Sri Lanka, Dr. Chandel has chaired technical sessions, delivered invited lectures, and contributed significantly to the fields of psychology and higher education.
She is a Life Member of the Indian Academy of Applied Psychology and various professional bodies, reflecting her continued commitment to research, teaching, and academic excellence.

Dr. L. Vijayashree, M.B.A., M.Phil., NET., Ph.D is a Professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour and currently serves at B.N.M. Institute of Technology (BNMIT), Bangalore. She holds a Ph.D. titled “Stress Coping Strategies among Women BPO Employees, Bangalore” from Sri Padmavathi Mahila Viswa Vidhyalayam, Tirupathi. She cleared the UGC-NET examination in her first attempt and has academic qualifications including M.Phil. (HR), MBA (HR), and B.Sc. (Computer Science).
With over 20 years of professional and academic experience, she has served as Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Lecturer, HR Executive, and HR Manager in reputed institutions and organizations. She has published numerous research papers in national and international journals, authored books on Business Environment, Strategic Management, and Organizational Behaviour, and presented papers at several international and national conferences.
Dr. Vijayashree is actively involved in research guidance, having guided Ph.D., M.Phil., and MBA students. She has conducted and participated in various Management Development Programmes (MDPs), Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), workshops, and training programmes. She is also associated with editorial boards of several international journals and has received multiple awards for academic excellence, leadership, and contributions to entrepreneurship and management education. She is fluent in English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
