Aims & Scope
Texila International Journal of Management (TIJMG) was commenced in 2015 and is published Half-Yearly. The journal highlights research on management principles, strategic decision-making, and effective organizational practices. Each issue is focused on promoting knowledge that can advance management theory and practice across diverse industries.
The main focus of the journal is on leadership, governance, information management, and innovation in business practices. TIJMG encourages submissions in areas such as strategic management, international business, human resources, marketing, finance, and emerging management technologies. The journal accepts the following types of articles: Original Research, Review Articles, and Case Studies, providing a valuable platform for both researchers and management students to share their original work. Dr. Sumanta Dutta is a senior faculty member of the Postgraduate and Research Department of Commerce (M. Com.), St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Kolkata, under the University of Calcutta. He is the State President (West Bengal) of the Department of Research and Innovation Wing of the Research Foundation of India. He has over 22 years of experience in teaching and research. He has contributed eleven edited books, two case books, and one research book to a reputed publishing house in India. He obtained one patent and one copyright recently. Dr. Abraham holds a PhD in Development Studies from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom, and a Master of Philosophy in Environmental Science. He was once the Departmental Research Officer, Business Administration, UPSA.
Dr. Abraham has a strong interest in both academic and action research. His research interest includes Water Resources Management, Climate Change, Environment and Society, Urbanization, Stakeholder Participation in Natural Resources Management, Livelihoods and Institutions, Entrepreneurship Development, and SMEs and Business Management. He has also consulted for a number of institutions in and outside the country.
He served as a resource person at the UPSA Centre for Public Accountability where he handled issues on Environmental and Social Accountability. He taught a wide range of courses. He has worked mainly in academic and research institutions.
Dr. Abraham has attended and presented papers at conferences both in Ghana and abroad. Dr.S.Rheeta Marjery has experiences of 2 plus decades as an academician which includes 6 years in industry, who has come across various roles and posts. Starting with her current role as Principal, She was the Research Director in KV Institute of Management, Coimbatore, India for one year. During her stay she was engaged in the decision making process of research activities and worked as the Professor for MBA program. She was also handling papers such as Accounting for Management, Financial Management and Professional Skill Development. She was also acting as the representative for NAAC accreditations and in charge for students’ placements. During the tenure played a key role in getting a prestigious Award “Best upcoming Institution in South India.
She was the Director of Academics in Sri Venkateswara Institute of Information Technology and Management, Coimbatore, India for four years where she was the deciding authority on academics and also handled management papers for MBA. During her tenure she was populated for producing 100 per cent results. She played a vibrant role in conducting conferences of national and international standards and executing management events at National levels. She has also extended her area of interest into Economic Growth and Development especially from the perspective of graduates and Education Standards, Institutional contributions to society through students and Government contributions to skill development. Dr. Dumitru Radu Stanciu is Full Professor at Faculty of Entrepreneurship, Business Engineering and Management (FEBEM) from University “Politehnica” of Bucharest, Romania.
He is certified as Master Business Consultant (MBC) by Washington State University, USA (1994) and Professional Trainer by Gruppo Soges SpA, Italy (1996), Rambøll Management, Denmark (2007), and Wirtschafts Förderungs Institut, Germany (2010).
As university professor he delivered a wide range of courses and workshops in entrepreneurship, general and business management, human resource management and development.
In his consultancy activity he supported start-up and existing entrepreneurs in developing their businesses. He also delivered a large number of workshops in entrepreneurship, business, and human resource management for individuals from various sectors.
He is author or co-author of a large number of articles published in important international journals.
Professor Stanciu is a member of prestigious professional bodies like: Higher Education Teaching and Learning Association (HETL), European Academy of Management (EURAM), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), European Federation of Chemical Engineering (EFCE). He is also member in Editorial Board of sixteen national and international prestigious journals.
